🌀 Essence of ancestral healing and the importance of acknowledging BOTH the pain that is carried on to you from your ancestors, AS WELL AS the immense wisdom and gifts your lineage has for you. 🤍
🌀 How to live in deeper reciprocity with your origin and thus — the Earth and all creation.
🌀 Why descending into the pelvic bowl/ root centre is crucial in these times. Threads on the process of healing and reclaiming power from your lineage on a body level. Embodiment practices and some somatic guidance to connect within your daily praxis.
